In light of the ongoing Movement Control Order (MCO), here are some important statutory contribution deadline updates:
PCB
March and April contributions submission and payment deadline extended to 31 May 2020.
EPF
April to July contribution payment (March to June wages) deadline extended to 30th of each month respectively.
e-CAP launched on 23 April to allow eligible SMEs to apply for a deferment and restructuring of the employer’s share of EPF contributions for the months of April, May and / or June 2020. For more information, you may refer to the FAQs.
SOCSO/EIS
March contribution exempted from Interest on Late Payment if payment is made before 1 May 2020.
April to September contribution payment deadlines extended to the end of the following month, as detailed in the table below.
HRDF
All sectors are exempted from HRDF levy for 6 months, from 1 April to 15 September 2020 (March to August wages). For more information, you may refer to the FAQs.
