i-Akaun is an online portal operated by the Employees’ Provident Fund (KWSP) for employers and members. Employers can access their i-Akaun to submit and pay their EPF contributions.
This article is applicable to employers who are already registered with KWSP. Here is the link on how to register as an employer with the required statutory bodies if you are yet to register with KWSP.
In order to register for an Employer i-Akaun, please follow these steps:
- Fill in Form KWSP 1(i) and submit it to your nearest KWSP office.
- From there you can obtain the iAkaun Activation Code, which will usually be sent to your registered mobile phone number in the form of an SMS.
- Once you have received the code, visit the EPF website and click on Login to i-Akaun (Employer) > i-Akaun Activation to activate your account within 30 days.
