Once you have added your employees to the system (Read Can I add more than one employee at a time? for more info on how to bulk upload employee data), you can proceed to bulk upload their previous salary information.
Go to Employees; at the bottom of the page you will find "Add Multiple Previous Payslip Info" and click Download Template. Once you have downloaded the template, you can key in all previous salary information for each of your staff. Then you can upload it to the system, following which it will be automatically added.
- Only previous salary from current employment can be uploaded. If the employee was employed by another company during the current year, you will have to add the salary information from that employment manually under Employees > Select Employee > Previous Payslips > Previous Employment Payslip Information Form.
- If there are payroll items which you would like to add but are not in the template, you will need to add them from the system under Employee > Select Employee > Previous Payslips.
