How do I add additional PCB contribution?

The PCB calculation of our app is following the LHDN formula. To learn more about how PCB is calculated by our app, please read this Help Article

However, if you still wish to deduct additional PCB, you can do so by adding it as an Additional Payroll Item in Step 1 (Adjustment Step). For a detailed instructions on how to add payroll items, you can refer to point 2. in this Help Article

Go to Run Payroll > '+ Additional Payroll Item' > Deduction > and then select Additional PCB (Non-employment Income)

You can enter any amount you wish to include to the PCB calculation done by our app.  

NOTE: The additional PCB will be added on top of the original PCB deduction hence the new total will be reflected in the Payroll Summary. The additional PCB added will not affect the PCB calculations of the following months. 

IMPORTANT: You will not be able to decrease the PCB contribution calculated by the app in the following months. Therefore, you need to be certain that you wish to add this payroll item before submitting your payroll as it will affect the total PCB contribution for the year.
