How do I assign a manager to one of my employees?

If you want to allow your managers to approve leave requests for their team members, you have to assign a manager to each employee.

  1. Under the Employees, click on the employee's name that you wish to assign a manager.

  2. Go to Employment Details, then select a manager.

  3. Scroll down and click Save Changes.

If you do not wish to have a manager for this employee, select "No manager". In that case the admin of the PayrollPanda app is able to approve leave requests.
