How to invite your employees to PayrollPanda?

If you want your employees to use PayrollPanda to perform HR functions, such as apply for their leave or view their payslips, then you will need to allow them to login into the app.

1) To login they must first be invited to signup through an invitation link, so first send the welcome email as shown below.


2) When the employee receives the invitational email they should click on the Join button which will open up the Employee Signup form in the browser.


3) The form will already have the employee's name and email and these cannot be changed.  When they signup with this form they will be associated with your company and each time they login after this they will see the employee details you have entered and any payslips that you have generated through running payroll.
