How do I enter previous payslip information?

In order to get accurate PCB calculations, it is necessary that you enter the previous payslip information for each of your staff under the Current Employment Payslip Information Form. That way the app can take into account contributions paid to date whilst your employees were employed with your company.

In case your staff has worked for a different employer in 2017, you can enter their previous payslips information under the Previous Employment Payslip Information Form.

Employees > Select Employee > Previous Payslips > Previous Employment Payslip Information Form OR Current Employment Payslip Information Form
