There are several ways of paying PCB
Payment should be made along with submission of CP39
Note: All cheques/postal orders/money orders should be made out to “Ketua Pengarah Hasil Dalam Negeri”.
LHDN Counter
Payment can be made to the LHDN payment counters in Kuala Lumpur, Jalan Duta, Kota Kinabalu and Kuching in the form of cheque/money order/bank draft/money transfer.
Bank Counter
You can submit payment in the form of cash/cheque along with the CP39 form in diskette format over the counter at the following banks:
Public Bank
CIMB Bank
Pos Malaysia
You can submit payment in cash along with the CP39 form in diskette format at Pos Malaysia counters.
Internet Banking
Several banks offer payroll bulk payment services. Typically the entire process will be online. Contact your bank for more details.
If you submit your contribution through online banking there is no need to submit the CP39 form to any counter.
Online Facilities
Using the LHDN’s e-PCB or e-Data PCB facilities to submit CP39.
