KWSP is urging all employers to start using its e-Caruman online payments facility as they are slowly moving away from its manual system for EPF contributions by employers with effect from January 2017. All employer transactions with EPF should be done online going forward and instead of the manual submission of Form A. Payment can be made by logging into KWSP iAkaun and submitting all employee contribution details online. Please see our help article here on how to submit these details online to ensure a secure and easy payment alternative. Payments will still be accepted at KWSP counters, however, online payments ensure that the employees' funds will be credited into their pension accounts fast and secure.

Note: All cheques/postal orders/money orders should be made out to the “Employees Provident Fund” or simply "KWSP", with the employer’s name and reference number and the month of contribution written on the back.

You can submit payment in the form of a cheque along with the Form A over the counter at the following banks:
Several banks offer payroll bulk payment services. Typically the entire process will be online. Contact your bank for more details.
If you submit your contribution through online banking there is no need to submit the Form A to any counter.
You can mail your Form A along with a cheque/mail order to the head EPF office.
